One of the worst feelings you can have is to be stressed about being stressed. However you will be surprised that many people feel this way all the time.. well.. we can't deny it is part of nature..it is part of life though...
- Stress is a common term known to everybody and it is an endless cycle.. till the end of time... semuanya akan menghadapinya.. know what i mean..
- If you are stuck in an endless loop of constant worry, you have to STOP. You need to get out of this loop. You must feel enpowered to take action and change the way you feel.
- There is no shortage of stress in everyday life. However there are many ways to to reduce or minimise stress.

The 3M : Meditation, Massage, Music
MeDITATION ( Pertapaan)
- One of the most effective way to reduce stress is to incorporate meditat into your daily routine.
- Take a few mins a day to clear your mind; centre yourself and concentrate on your breathing.
Meditation can do wonders to ease stress on your body and mind.
You may also consider practicing mindful meditation, which can be done just about everywhere. Mindful meditation reduce stress by clearing all thoughts from your mind for a single task or activity. Whether it is driving, being at your workdesk , or having lunch , by simple concentrating on the task at hand, you release stressful thoughts from your mind.

Massage
- You can just hire someone to give a massage,have a loved one to give you a massage or pamper yourself in a massage parlour or a SPA.. is so wonderful and relaxing ... give a try .. I've done it myself. Focus on reflexology points around the body to enhance the effects...
- I've done foot spa using fishes.. ticklish but reflexing after that.. it cleans out the debris of your feet .. and circulate the blood and lymphatic flow... bestnya..
Music
Reduce stress by listening to music. Whether it is your favourte CD or something specifically relaxing like classical music or ambient music..
and I just love sentimental musics esp. those from the Klasik Nasional and those music from Tom Jones, Andy William. the Bee Gees etc..etc..just love anything that is soft music
In.termasuk Nasyid from Radio IKIM.. and of course Bacaan Ayat AlQuran ..Zikir ...etc.ect..
RELAXATION ( very closely related to meditation)
- It sounds easy , and it is. Practice relaxation by visualising a soothing place , and go to that place in your mind.
- Feel the breeze, feel the sand under your feet, breathe deeply and slow down your mind.
( Ive gone go to places like the Islands -- Langkawi , the mountains - Cameron Highland - the lakes - Tasik Kenyir .. it is jus marvellous ).. and can always visualise then...
Affirmations may also be helpful in relaxation. Repeat words and phrases that make you feel relax.. like Life is .... a road of never endings.. Kehidupan itu satu Perjuangan ..etc..etc..
YOGA
- Often thought as an exercise routine, yoga can enhance relaxation and reduce overall stress. Buy a video or book , or attend a yoga class to learn some postures that will enhance your health and ease the stress on your body.
( Yoga tidak digalakkan dilakukan oleh orang islam.. dikatakan mempumyai unsur keohanian berkaitan dengan Hindu - Buddha ) .. pendapat saya .. it is quite ok kut ..., jika dilakukan atas niat nak menjaga kesihatan.. tak baca mentera.. jika ada..jangan amalkan..itu saje..
GARDENING
- Gardening can help you meditate mindfully, center yourself and ge back to what's important. The act of gardening, especially putting your hands in dirt /soil, and growing something out of it, is beneficial.
- Growing your own fruits and vegetables is healthy in itself and encourages you to eat healthier .. is a satisfaction..
Gardening is a form of exercise too... menitik-nitik peluh keluar.. sihat kan..
VIDEO-GAMES
- It may seem surprising ..but video games can be relaxing too.
- You can play a 3-D shoot-em-up to get some frustrations ot, play a relaxing flight stimulation, puzzle games , hidden object games or card games.
- There are many video games that can help reduce stress and let you have more fun too.
- You will feel a lot better after releasing your pent up energy and have a clearer mind after that. You may be still be physically tired but at least you manged to reduce your emotional stress.
..and of course .. don't get addicted.. and waste too much time over it...it will become more stressful then..not relaxing..
Kerap membaca ALQURAN & ZIKIR .. paling mujarab bagi menghilangkan stress ...benarkan..memang benar.Wassallam. Jumpa lagi . dari CG Fuziah.
