Perihal Hidup dan Kehidupan .....About LIFE..

Hari ini 1hb. Jun ..
...bulan yang mengubah kehidupan saya sebagai seorang insan bernama manusia, salah satu makhluk ciptaan Allah. Oleh itu,.. bulan ini saya ingin berkongsi ilmu dan pengalaman saya ...tentang falsafah kehidupan...tentang kehidupan itu sendiri...walaupun saya sangat sibuk dengan macam-macam perkara ... but i will do my best to write anything about LIFE... termasuk petikan dari Buku " 4000 ALAM MUTIARA KATA" terbitan daripada Associated Educational Distributors Sdn Bhd. - one of my favourites.


Saya mulakan dengan ....

Pendapat orang-orang bijaksana menyatakan bahawa cara-cara untuk hidup adalah:
  • Tentukan waktu untuk bekerja .. kerana itulah sumber kejayaan.
  • Tentukan waktu untuk membaca kerana itulah sumber kebijaksanaan.
  • Tentukan waktu untuk berfikir kerana itulah sumber kekuatan.
  • Tentukan waktu untuk bermain kerana itulah rahsia kemudaan abadi.
  • Tentukan waktu untuk ketawa kerana itulah muzik jiwa.
  • Tentukan waktu untuk beribadat kerana itulah mata air kejernihan jiwa.

Menurut pujangga dan ulama ternama , Pak HAMKA bahawa cahaya hidup itu adalah ...

  • Falsafah sebagai penjelasan hidup.
  • Kesusasteraan sebagai nyanyian hidup.
  • Kesenian sebagai perhiasan hidup.
  • Tasauf - Tasawwur sebagai intisari hidup.
  • Ibadat sebagai pegangan hidup.

Semua itu untuk hidup kerana hidup yang tinggi dan panjang ialah hidup yang bernilai. Bahkan maut itu sendiri adalah pati hidp yang bernilai.

Hargailah setiap detik kehidupan anda ... bermula kita bangun tidur ... ucapkanlah ... syukur alhamdulillah.. kerana aku masih diberi peluang hidup .. untuk menikmati dan menghirup udara milikNya lagi..... dan jalani kehidupan pada hari tersebut sebaik mungkin.. supaya HARI INI lebih baik dari SEMALAM.

SUPERTEACHING bersama Dr Mohd Shukri Abdullah

The Teacher Today
The teacher today has to be STRONG and COURAGEOUS.
He has to be academically sound. He must update his profesessional qualifications through study and reading. The taecher must be CREATIVE. because without creativity, he is....
... like Food without Salt! What he teaches will be tasteless!.
Eventually he kill's his pupil's interest and when that happen, learning cannot takes place.
A teacher must try to live with his pupil. By this i mean he must live with their experiences, their sorrow, joy and happiness. It is through this that that the teacher wins respect of his pupils ; they know that he is someone who cares and share their feelings.
The teacher as a leader must have fine moral qualities.
He can only teach through examples, discipline, honesty and hard work.

GURU HARI INI...
Guru hari ini perlu BERSEMANGAT dan BERANI.
Penguasaan akademiknya MANTAP.
Dia perlu sentiasa memperbaiki kebolehan profesionalnya menerusi pembacaan dan pembelajaran.
Guru hendaklah bersifat KREATIF kerana tanpa kreativiti ia seumpama...
Masakan yang tidak bergaram! Apa yang diajarnya tawar!
Lama kelamaan ia membunuh minat anak didiknya dan apabila perkara ini berlaku, maka tidak wujud lagi aktiviti pembelajaran.
Guru juga mesti meghayati kehidupan anak didiknya. Dengan ini saya bermaksud, dia perlu mengerti pengalaman mereka , kesedihan, keseronokan dan kegembiraan mereka.
Hanya menerusi cara ini seseorang guru itu akan dihormati oleh pelajarnya.; kerana mereka tahu guru mereka mengambil berat tentang diri mereka serta memahami perasaan mereka.
Sebagai seorang pemimpin , guru perlu mempamerkan sahsiah yang baik. Dia hanya boleh mengajar menerusi contoh teladan, berdisiplin, ikhlas dan kerja kuat.

Hasil daripada Seminar , Dr Shukri mencadangkan perkara berikut di mana guru harus melaksanakan beberapa perkara yang telah dicatatkan, itu...Pilih satu per satu..
Homework for dear teachers ....

1. Bijak menafaatkan Internet.

2 Guru yang berkesan berusaha menawan hati dan perasaan pelajar terlebih dahulu , sebelum menerusi otak dan fikiran mereka.

3.Teacher who put fun into classroom..bukan subjek.. tapi guru yang membuat subjek itu seronok terlebih dahulu.. kena kreatif..

4. Untuk ubah pelajar kita, kita kena ubah cara kita mengajar..

5. Guru yang berkesan dalam kelas dan bersifat kreatif.. ada inovasi dalam teknik pengajaran.

6.Sebelum saya mempenalkan diri atau dapat diterima dalam kelas , saya mesti mewujudkan hubunagn baik dengan pelajar .. mesra pelajar .. supaya mudah didekati ..ujud kemesraan..

7. Salah satu tugas saya ialah membantu pelajar supaya sentiasa berfikiran positif dan berusaha meletakkan A dalam kotak fikiran..

8.Kita sebagai guru mesti sentiasa nampakkan kecemerlangan / berjaya sebelum dia berjaya.. beri perhatian pada golongan pelajar HALUS ( ada Haarpan untuk Lulus).

9.Selemah macammanapun seorang pelajar.. semua boleh diajar ..TEACHABLE..

10. Be their friends...and you ll be loved by your students..

11. Learn to enjoy working.. it starts in the mind..

12.Mengajar dengan IKHLAS .. Kerja sebagai ibadah... maka akan jadi guru yang Hebat dan akan juga mendaoat Ganjaran.. pada anak-anak kita..

Komen : Alhamdulillah kebayakan perkara di atas saya amalkan sepanjang 24 tahun saya menjadi guru... Alhamdulillah .. memang berbaloi ... mendappat ganjaran dan kepuasan.. melihat ratusan..ribuan anak didik saya berjaya .. malah ramai menjadi orang yang hebat dari gurunya.. sebab itu saya tidak pernah menyesal menjadi seorang guru...walaupun saya asalnya mempunyai Dip. In Veterinar.. Amat bersyukur .. kerana saya seorang Guru..

One of the worst feelings you can have is to be stressed about being stressed. However you will be surprised that many people feel this way all the time.. well.. we can't deny it is part of nature..it is part of life though...

  • Stress is a common term known to everybody and it is an endless cycle.. till the end of time... semuanya akan menghadapinya.. know what i mean..
  • If you are stuck in an endless loop of constant worry, you have to STOP. You need to get out of this loop. You must feel enpowered to take action and change the way you feel.
  • There is no shortage of stress in everyday life. However there are many ways to to reduce or minimise stress.
  • Here are the 7 tips to reducing stress : the 3R: Reduce- Release - Relax

The 3M : Meditation, Massage, Music

MeDITATION ( Pertapaan)

  • One of the most effective way to reduce stress is to incorporate meditat into your daily routine.
  • Take a few mins a day to clear your mind; centre yourself and concentrate on your breathing.

Meditation can do wonders to ease stress on your body and mind.

You may also consider practicing mindful meditation, which can be done just about everywhere. Mindful meditation reduce stress by clearing all thoughts from your mind for a single task or activity. Whether it is driving, being at your workdesk , or having lunch , by simple concentrating on the task at hand, you release stressful thoughts from your mind.

Pengalaman saya, ketika mengikut program motivasi...

Kita diminta mengosongkan minda buat seketika... dan bayangkan berada di kawasan air terjun... bunyi air mengalir... amat memberi ketenangan kepada minda... sebab itu digalakkan bina air terjun di kawasan rumah kita.. atau beli saje set air terjun... banyak dan murah diNilai 3....

Anda boleh cuba..

Massage

  • You can just hire someone to give a massage,have a loved one to give you a massage or pamper yourself in a massage parlour or a SPA.. is so wonderful and relaxing ... give a try .. I've done it myself. Focus on reflexology points around the body to enhance the effects...
  • I've done foot spa using fishes.. ticklish but reflexing after that.. it cleans out the debris of your feet .. and circulate the blood and lymphatic flow... bestnya..

Music

Reduce stress by listening to music. Whether it is your favourte CD or something specifically relaxing like classical music or ambient music..

and I just love sentimental musics esp. those from the Klasik Nasional and those music from Tom Jones, Andy William. the Bee Gees etc..etc..just love anything that is soft music

In.termasuk Nasyid from Radio IKIM.. and of course Bacaan Ayat AlQuran ..Zikir ...etc.ect..

RELAXATION ( very closely related to meditation)

  • It sounds easy , and it is. Practice relaxation by visualising a soothing place , and go to that place in your mind.
  • Feel the breeze, feel the sand under your feet, breathe deeply and slow down your mind.

( Ive gone go to places like the Islands -- Langkawi , the mountains - Cameron Highland - the lakes - Tasik Kenyir .. it is jus marvellous ).. and can always visualise then...

Affirmations may also be helpful in relaxation. Repeat words and phrases that make you feel relax.. like Life is .... a road of never endings.. Kehidupan itu satu Perjuangan ..etc..etc..

YOGA

  • Often thought as an exercise routine, yoga can enhance relaxation and reduce overall stress. Buy a video or book , or attend a yoga class to learn some postures that will enhance your health and ease the stress on your body.

( Yoga tidak digalakkan dilakukan oleh orang islam.. dikatakan mempumyai unsur keohanian berkaitan dengan Hindu - Buddha ) .. pendapat saya .. it is quite ok kut ..., jika dilakukan atas niat nak menjaga kesihatan.. tak baca mentera.. jika ada..jangan amalkan..itu saje..

GARDENING

  • Gardening can help you meditate mindfully, center yourself and ge back to what's important. The act of gardening, especially putting your hands in dirt /soil, and growing something out of it, is beneficial.
  • Growing your own fruits and vegetables is healthy in itself and encourages you to eat healthier .. is a satisfaction..

Gardening is a form of exercise too... menitik-nitik peluh keluar.. sihat kan..

VIDEO-GAMES

  • It may seem surprising ..but video games can be relaxing too.
  • You can play a 3-D shoot-em-up to get some frustrations ot, play a relaxing flight stimulation, puzzle games , hidden object games or card games.
  • There are many video games that can help reduce stress and let you have more fun too.
  • You will feel a lot better after releasing your pent up energy and have a clearer mind after that. You may be still be physically tired but at least you manged to reduce your emotional stress.

..and of course .. don't get addicted.. and waste too much time over it...it will become more stressful then..not relaxing..

Kerap membaca ALQURAN & ZIKIR .. paling mujarab bagi menghilangkan stress ...benarkan..memang benar.

Basic ways to Reduce Stress..

Just to share things out..

Basic Ways to reduce Stress...

1. Identify situations that require your attention. It is essential to let go of problems
which you can do nothing about, reserving energy for other in your life where you can react
productively.

2. Exercise. By exercising you burn off nervous energy and increase endorphins in your
brain (less release of andrenaline - the stress hormone..!!). At least.. you are doing
something which keep you healthy. Betulkan..BETUL.

3. Learn just to say "No" .. at times. . You cant be be everything to everyone all the time...
You need time out once in a while... ... Kena sayang diri sendiri dulu .. baru sayang
yang lain.. setuju ..??.. SETUJU.
Often, our stress comes from trying to do many things in too short time. If you
honestly don'thave the time, respectfully decline... but not always kut.. Try to do things one
at a time .. dalam keadaan tenang..and say.. Insyaallah I can do it....But never give up.. Okay.

4. Stop smoking, drinking and overeating... cos nicotine acts as stimulant that increases
stress. Drinking and overeating can cause additional problems ( of course ..health problems ..
my dear).. So always fill your body with nutrition that gives you energy to cope with stress.

How to release stress ??...

There is no shortage in everyday life. However there are many ways to reduce or minimise stress. Here are just a few practical suggestions.

  • Meditation
  • Relaxation
  • Yoga
  • Massage
  • Music
  • Gardening
  • Video games
